The restaurant markets itself as a "neighborhood restaurant offering hand made, high quality food at a reasonable price." And I must say that the location we went to gave me that exact feeling. The restaurant itself had a nice clean feeling and was very welcoming. The menu had a lot of variety ranging from Country Style Chicken Fried Chicken to Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa to a Jalapeno Burger.
I decided to go with the Ribs and Chicken Tenders served with a side of Macaroni and Cheese and French Fries. The Ribs were very tender and pulled right off the bone. The BBQ sauce had a nice sweet taste to it but did not drown the ribs or take away from the taste of the meat. The Chicken Tenders were just your basic Chicken Tenders. I was hoping for a bit more spice in the batter they were fried in, but sadly it was not anything special. The Macaroni and Cheese had a nice flavor. It didn't completely blow me away with flavor, but it was a solid choice in a side item. And the fries were just basic fries, that's it.
Conclusion: Good food, at a good price, in a very nice and friendly environment. I would recommend giving this restaurant a try if you're ever in the area.
