Normally I wouldn't give a review for a chain restaurant such as Hooters, but when I enjoy something and think it's worth going there I want to share it. This brings me to the Hooters Wednesday Wingday special. For 6.99 you get 10 boneless wings and a generous portion of curly fries. Obviously if you are looking for fine dining, you aren't going to go to a restaurant such as this, but hey, sometimes we need a quick cheap meal on our lunch break.
I was eating with a friend and he told me he never tried fried pickles....I was absolutely speechless! So I ordered us some as an appetizer, because Hooters honestly has some of the best fried pickles I've ever had and combined with the sauce they serve with them, it puts them off the charts!
This is what you get for 6.99 (I did have to pay .89 extra for a second ranch), which honestly is a good deal for a quick lunch. I ordered Hot Garlic sauce on my wings today and it was some of the best Hot Garlic sauce I've had. I've also ordered the Habanero BBQ in the past and it is equally as tasty. The fries were normal frozen fries, but again when I come here I just want quick cheap food.
Conclusion: I wouldn't go here if they didn't have such a cheap Wednesday lunch special, but since they do I recommend them solely on that. The service is usually lackluster in almost every way possible, so don't expect anything more than that. If you go in there with mindset you may actually enjoy your lunch on Wednesdays :)
